This is not a joke, I am not one of those fake investors with the "WE BUY HOUSES" signs illegally stuck on a telephone pole.

I don't have to raise money or find funds to buy like some of these other jokers, I use my money that is CASH IN THE BANK and I am ready to go.

I am not a wholesaler that will "assign" the contract to somebody who has actual $, or buy it "subject to" any nonsense like joker wholesalers try.

I can often close in 24-48 hours if there are no title issues.
I don't care what kind of condition it's in.

If I can make money on it, I'll buy it. Big, small, ugly, pretty, whatever.
